Wine Bar, great attitude lots of interesting wine: O Chateau Wine Bar
Quinoa salad, note black tasting glass, very interesting because you get no visual clues from the wine.
A favorite local bistro in the 6th is: Le Bistro D’Henri
Chateaubriand with Green pepper corn sauce and duck confit in the background, Bistro D’Henri.
In the 11th there is: L’Estaminet
Also in the 6th, a great tapas style place, menu hung on the ceiling: L’Avant Comptoir de la Mer
If you’re interested in getting away from other tourists, you might head up to Butte Aux Cailles in the 13th, lovely cobblestone streets and village feel. This restaurant named because two brothers run it served me a great lunch: Tandem
